3 Month Health Tune Up

Service Description

Health Tune Up is for people who have some foundation of healthy eating but would like support around areas of challenge, meeting specific health goals, getting back on track or refining diet and lifestyle. Together, we craft a plan that meets you where you are and addresses your present concerns while also working in partnership with your nervous system to release food and self-care related stress and obstacles. We meet weekly for 3 months for a total of 12 sessions. We alternate our weekly sessions between nutrition and health coaching and somatic nervous system regulation work.
