3 Month Nutrition, Herbal Medicine and Somatic Experiencing Coaching Program
Service Description
Self-Care Tune Up is for people who have some foundation of healthy eating but would like support around areas of challenge, meeting specific health goals, getting back on track or refining diet and lifestyle. Together, we craft a pleasure-based self-care plan that meets you where you are and addresses your present concerns while also working in partnership with your nervous system to release food and self-care related stress and obstacles. We meet weekly for 3 months for a total of 12 sessions. We alternate our weekly sessions between nutrition and health coaching and somatic nervous system regulation work. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy for Appointments Your appointment time is reserved specifically for you. To ensure fairness and availability for all clients, we require at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice may be subject to 50% of the session fee. No-shows or same-day cancellations will be charged the full session fee. We understand that unexpected situations arise. If an emergency prevents you from attending your session, please reach out as soon as possible.
