6 Month Wellness Overhaul

Service Description

Wellness Overhaul is for people who know their current approach to health isn't working and are ready for a new way of relating to self care that will allow for more energy, vibrance and wellbeing. We build a solid foundation of what healthy living looks like for you and address any self care related trauma that's getting in your way. We meet weekly for 6 months for a total of 24 sessions. We alternate our weekly sessions between nutrition and health coaching and somatic nervous system regulation work.
