Service Description
In this hour-long zoom session, we will gently explore sensation, emotion and the language of your nervous system to help you resolve past experiences and release stress patterns that are keeping you stuck. Our work is supported by food therapy -- nutrition and herbal medicine recommendations to remove stress hormones and foster balance in your body.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy for Appointments Your appointment time is reserved specifically for you. To ensure fairness and availability for all clients, we require at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice may be subject to 50% of the session fee. No-shows or same-day cancellations will be charged the full session fee. We understand that unexpected situations arise. If an emergency prevents you from attending your session, please reach out as soon as possible. Thank you for your understanding and commitment to your healing journey.
